Bulldogs Blitz Maryville Early For Their 7th Straight Win

The Truman women blitzed Maryville early and led the entire way in a 79-57 victory in St. Louis this afternoon (Sat.). It was the Bulldogs 7th straight win. Truman led 34-9 with seven minutes left in the first half….

Dean and the Bulldogs improve to 6-1 in the GLVC and 10-5 overall. Katey Klucking of Columbia scored 17 points, Hannah Belanger pitched in 16, and Ellie Weltha added 15. Maryville drops to 6-5 overall and 2-3 in the conference.

Truman will host top-ranked Drury on Monday. The Panthers, led by coach Amy Eagan, won their 14th game in a row today (Sat) at Rockhurst.
