Budget Process A Challenge

State Representative Sara Walsh says while the budget process this year is challenging, it may be even more difficult next year, as federal COVID relief dollars diminish and Medicaid expansion continues.
The Ashland Republican says education is a priority in the budget.
The new state budget, that the House shipped to the Senate, must be completed by May 7.
