Brunswick Pecan Festival This Weekend

The Brunswick Pecan Festival is ongoing. Friday’s activities include a car cruise, nutty parade at 6:30, bingo at 7 and floozie contest at 9. Event Volunteer Brent Dickerson says it’s a significant event each year.
Saturday includes a pecan pie contest, parade at 2, teen dance from 8 to 10 and the Twisted Fate Band performs from 8 to midnight.
The weekend wraps up with a Christian concert and worship at 6 Sunday night.
