A new scam involving online car sales has hit the Quincy area. Better Business Bureau Area Agent Don O’Brien explains.
O’Brien gives some red flags to look out for.
He also suggests to check the date on the image if using Google. The buyer should also check with the local BBB office or chamber of commerce if curious about a business.
