Bama Seeks Playoff Return This Season

Two road losses to top-ten ranked SEC opponents last season derailed the Alabama Crimson Tide’s playoff hopes. Bama finished with a dominant 45-20 win over Kansas State in the Sugar Bowl. The Crimson Tide look to rebuild after losing 10 players to the NFL draft including Heisman QB Bryce Young. Head coach Nick Saban says each season is its own journey.

The quarterback spot is an on-going competition featuring Ty Simpson, Jalen Milroe and Notre Dame transfer Tyler Buchner.

The Crimson Tide ranked 11th in yards-per-game last season averaging just over 477 yards. Junior OL JC Latham shares his thoughts on the offense.

Bama opens the season at home against Middle Tennessee on September 2nd. The Crimson Tide finish the regular season at Auburn for the Iron Bowl.
