Auxvasse Places Police Chief on Leave

The city of Auxvasse placed Police Chief Kevin Suedmeyer on administrative leave Friday after he suggested on his personal Facebook page that protestors should be run over and shot, and wanting them to contract COVID-19. Auxvasse Mayor Tom Henage said in a news release “The police chief for the City of Auxvasse has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation. Racism is not condoned or tolerated by the City of Auxvasse.”
