The Kirksville Police Department has identified four victims from the shooting Thursday morning on the 700 block of West Dodson. The victims are 22-year-old Braxton A. Cottrill, who was transported to Columbia and later pronounced dead, an 18-month-old who died at the scene, 18-year-old Alissa Anders, who was transported to Columbia and is in critical condition, and 21-year-old Randall Yarrington, who was treated for gunshot wounds.

Police were provided with a possible suspect in this incident.  This suspect is identified as Anquan Eugene Glover, black, male, 5’11” tall, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police have been unable to locate Anquan Glover and he is still at large. Glover should be considered armed and dangerous.  Police believe this was a targeted shooting in which there were ties between the victims and the suspect and not a random act of violence.  There is no known threat to the public at this time.
