Briggs will go from coaching in the smaller college community of Kirksville to coaching in Wichita, Kansas……
Briggs was an all-conference performer for the GLVC-Champion Truman team in 2014 and an assistant for another Bulldog NCAA Tournament team in 2021….
Newman is a member of the MIAA. The Jets went 7-15 in conference play this past season and 10-18 overall.
