Tina Man Dead After Medical Issue While Driving

A Tina man is dead following an accident in Carroll County. The State Highway Patrol says 76-year-old Merl O’Neal experienced a medical issue around 9 Friday morning on County Road 217 at County Road 166. His pickup went off the road, became airborne, crossed 217 and came to rest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
