Suspects Identified in Columbia Burglary

Columbia Police have identified the two suspects in a burglary Wednesday night that left one of them dead. 27-year-old Darion J. Logan of Columbia was killed by the resident in the 6000 block of Bentpath Drive around 9. The second suspect, who had a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, was treated at an area hospital, and has now been taken to the Boone County Jail. 28-year-old Fabian D. Goldman of Columbia faces charges of second degree murder and first degree burglary. State law allows murder charges to be filed against accomplices if a person is killed while committing or attempting a felony.
