Salisbury’s 2017 girls track and field team won the centralmoinfo.com All-Decade poll with a third place state finish. Tony Wales remains the Lady Panthers head coach.

Wales assisted Salisbury’s fourth place team in 2016. He then accepted the head job for the 2017 season.

Wales says the Lady Panthers received a critical boost on state championship weekend in 2017.

Erinn Fitzgerald crossed second in both the 800 and 1600 meter runs. Fitzgerald also starred on the fourth place 4×400 meter team and second place 4×800 group. Wales praises the then-senior.

Wales elaborates on the 2017 freshmen class that lost its senior season this spring.
