Riggs Wants More Focus on Rural Highways

Representative Louis Riggs says he understands Governor Mike Parson’s proposal to upgrade I-70, but he would like to see more for roadways like Highway 36.

Riggs complimented Parson for his overall State of the State address and thinks Missouri has recovered well over the last few years.
