Randolph County Jail escapee Ellen Goble is back behind bars. Randolph County Sheriff Aaron Wilson explains how the situation resolved Monday night.

The Moberly resident, Goble, was first jailed for resisting arrest, burglary, drug possession, and operating a vehicle without a valid license. But authorities released the 24-year-old Goble instead of another inmate a week and a half ago. Wilson reveals the next steps for Goble.

Wilson notes Goble faces new charges of escape and forgery. The Randolph County sheriff says the jail has added security measures to ensure it’s an isolated case of mistaken identity.
