No Mini Railroad at Rothwell This Summer

The mini railroad at Rothwell Park in Moberly is closed for the remainder of the summer. J.W. Ballinger joined KWIX earlier this week to elaborate on the decision.
Ballinger said another concern was the limited space available for the amount of people present.
Ballinger said the loss of funds is concerning, but plans are in place if the railroad is unable to run in 2020.
