...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM CST TUESDAY...for the following Counties in Missouri:  Adair, Bates, Carrol,l Cass, Chariton, Grundy, Harrison, Henry, Johnson,Lafayette, Linn, Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Putnam, Randolph, Saline, Schuyler, Sullivan, and Worth Counties.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of east central Kansas and central, north central, northeast, northwest and west central Missouri. 
 
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM CST Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility, along with slick roads and walking surfaces due to freezing fog.
