Moberly Seniors Sign-Wallace With Lincoln And Rasico With NIACC

A pair of Moberly seniors signed to be student-athletes at the next level on Tuesday. Derieus Wallace will play football at Lincoln University, in Jefferson City. Initially slotted as a receiver for the Blue Tigers program, Wallace is glad he got a year of experience on the perimeter for the Spartans last season…..

Wallace caught 56 passes for 789 yards and scored 13 touchdowns combined receiving and rushing. Spartans coach Cody McDowell is happy for his All-NCMC receiver….

Wallace also had a kick return for a touchdown.

Jordan Rasico will be a dual sport athlete at North Iowa Area Community College competing in soccer and track and field. Rasico led the Spartans in scoring with eight goals and seven assists last fall. Rasico discusses his offseason prep for college soccer….

Rasico is a sprinter for the Moberly Track and Field team.
