The Commerce Department’s Economic Development Administration last week announced a $4.8 million grant to the city of Moberly that will be used to make water and wastewater infrastructure improvements needed to support business growth. The grant will be matched with $1.6 million in local funds and is expected to create 200 jobs and generate $68 million in private investment.
