Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Approves Statewide Transportation Improvement Program

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has approved the Fiscal Year 2022-2026 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The program includes transportation projects from July 1st, 2021 through June 30th, 2026. MoDOT Northeast District Assistant Engineer Kevin James explains the process of drafting the STIP.

James adds the planning just on the regional level for the STIP is significant.
