Kirksville Planning For Snow Emergency

The city of Kirksville announced Wednesday that based on the current forecast, it expects to announce a snow emergency Friday night and Saturday morning. The city says as the forecast is refined, the times of the actual snow emergency could change. All vehicles parked on designated snow emergency routes must be moved within two hours of it being declared, or risk being ticketed and/or towed. Residents and business owners will also need to keep their sidewalk clear of snow and ice, without shoveling snow into streets or alleys.
