Final Weekend of Firearms Deer Season

Before heading out for the final weekend of the firearms deer season, Shelby County Conservation Agent Kevin Lockard has an important reminder for hunters.

Lockard also suggests that hunters consider the Share the Harvest Program.

The firearms deer season runs through Tuesday. Entering the weekend, over 126 thousand deer have been taken in the November firearms season.
