City of Kirksville Declares Snow Emergency

Due to the impending winter storm the City of Kirksville has declared a Snow Emergency beginning at 9 pm tonight. This declaration means all vehicles must be removed from all Emergency Snow Routes, including city streets in the downtown and Central Business District areas by 11 pm tonight. All vehicles not removed by then will be ticketed or towed. The city expects to terminate the snow emergency some time early Saturday morning.
