Centralia senior left tackle Hunter King signed with Westminster College football in February. The KRES All-Star explains the decision.

King also visited Missouri Valley, and the would-be third-year starting catcher considered the Culver-Stockton and MacMurray baseball programs.

The senior plans to study exercise science. King details his development from a first-year starter to a KRES All-Star and college football signee.

King says those efforts made the Clarence Cannon Conference championship special.

Centralia football ended 10-1 with an undefeated regular season last year. King discusses the cancellation of his senior baseball season.

But King notes he’s eager to continue his football career.

Westminster finished 4-6 last year. King’s future Westminster teammates include Moberly graduates Ben Heimann and Landen Graves. Hear a full interview with Centralia’s Hunter King below.
