19 New Cases in Macon County

The Macon County Health Department reports 19 new cases of COVID-19 in the county. These new cases were spread is multiple ways: 10 were community spread, two were due to out of county work, three were school related, three were household contacts of previously reported positives and one is unknown. Macon County currently has 82 active cases, including eight hospitalized.
