Moberly Parks and Recreation Department Director Troy Bock reacts to the city’s recent amphitheater approval.
Bock provides an update on the splash pad and solar pavilion.
The Tannehill Park splash pad will be about 1,500 square feet. The Rothwell Park solar pavilion will be an 80×110 building west of the sale barn.
