Moberly Continuing to Field In-Fill Housing Requests

The Moberly City Council continues to see in-fill housing requests on vacant lots in the city. At a previous meeting, the council approved a cooperative agreement for two lots on Benson Street. An additional three agreements with R & D Properties were approved at Tuesday night’s meeting. City Manager Brian Crane says this benefits the city.
The additional properties are 728 Benson Street, 12 Windsor Place and 211 Brinkerhoff Street. Crane explains how the agreement with R & D Properties works.
The Moberly City Council also appointed Randall Thompson as Interim City Manager effective September 15th.
