Save a Life: Opioid Education and Naloxone Distribution Event

Friendship Church in Centralia will host a Save a Life: Opioid Education and Naloxone Distribution Event this Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. It will feature education and conversation on how community members can help prevent opioid overdose deaths through the use of naloxone. From 6:30 to 7 the Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services staff will provide a brief training for individuals who weren’t able to attend the initial presentation. Snacks will be provided and attendees will receive a supply of naloxone. No registration is required.
