Bethel Man Killed in Shelby County ATV Accident

A Bethel man was killed in an ATV accident in Shelby County early Monday morning. The accident occurred at 3am on Shelby County Road 242, two miles southeast of Bethel. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 50-year-old Christopher White of Bethel was driving the ATV when it slid off the left side of the road and overturned. White was ejected from the ATV. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
