Workshops Welcome Participants To Great Plains Growers Conference Jan. 11

Three days of workshops and presentations are set for the Midwest’s fruit and vegetable growers next month in St Joseph.  The 2024 Great Plains Growers Conference will begin Jan. 11th with a variety of workshops for interested participants.  One of the presenters will be Dr Todd Higgins, University of Missouri Extension field specialist in horticulture.

New to the conference this year is a farm-to-table dinner available for all participants.

11 tracks of topics ranging from business development to forest farming await attendees of the Great Plains Growers Conference, which will take place Jan. 11th through 13th at Missouri Western State University in St Joseph.  University of Missouri Extension is organizing the event alongside Lincoln University Cooperative Extension.  Details about the conference, including the registration form, are available on the conference’s website.
