Webb Gets Eight Years For Moberly Stabbing Incident

A man was sentenced to a total eight years in prison last week after he pleaded guilty to domestic assault, stalking, and resisting arrest in connection to an incident in Moberly in January. 29-year-old Ryan Shane Webb was accused of stabbing a woman with a kitchen knife and threatening to kill her three-month-old baby during a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Patton Street. Officers found the woman running out of the home. The woman had visible non-life threatening injuries which required treatment. The children in the home did not sustain any injuries. Webb had been on parole from the Missouri Department of Corrections on a 2019 conviction of tampering with a victim. He was sentenced to eight years for the assault, and concurrent four-year terms for stalking and resisting arrest.
