Veteran Superintendent Has Advice For Peers

Dr. Mark Penny, the Superintendent of the Lincoln County R-3 School District, and the President of the Missouri Association of School Administrators, has some advice to pass along to those who will be assuming the superintendent’s post for the first time in the new academic year.

Penny understands how difficult a job it can be.
