VA Compensation Claims More Difficult Over Time

Missouri Veterans Commission Area Officer Arthur Nott-Hopkins says veterans wishing to make a compensation claim will receive the most help through medical evidence.

Nott-Hopkins says simply the belief that something was caused by military service is not enough.

Nott-Hopkins notes another long-term obstacle is most places only keep medical records for 10 years.
