Two Cairo residents were seriously injured when their motorcycle ran into the back of car on Highway 24, about 4 miles east of Moberly Sunday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol says the motorcycle, driven by 53-year-old Larry Baker, ran into the back of the vehicle driven by 37-year-old Gina Lewis of Moberly, as Lewis had slowed to turn on to a private drive around 4:55. Baker, and a passenger, 43-year-old Angela Rutherford, were both ejected. They were taken to Columbia. Lewis was not injured.
