Testing Available in Missouri for COVID-19, Flu and RSV

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) is offering free testing for the flu, RSV, and COVID-19 amid an increase in these respiratory illnesses. Testing will be available through March. A single nasal swab will allow for the detection of all three viruses. Patients of all ages can be tested. More than four-thousand cases of the flu have already been reported for the 2022-23 flu season in Missouri. While RSV isn’t a reportable condition in Missouri, the CDC tracks state-level trends which show an increase in cases of the respiratory virus in the state.
