Southeastern Randolph Fire Seeks Bonds for Equipment

The Southeastern Randolph Fire Protection District wants voters to approve a $650,000 bond issue on next week’s ballot. Captain Charlie Peel says a previous issue failed by two votes.
Peel indicates it’s essential to find funds.
The Southeastern Randolph Fire Protection District also looks to buy a fire truck. If approved, the issue would authorize an annual tax for the bonds.
