Slater Man Killed In A Saline County Accident

A Slater man died from injuries suffered in an accident Sunday night. The State Highway Patrol says 59-year-old Brian Lunn was pronounced dead around 10:45 last night in Columbia. He was the driver of an SUV with a trailer that was parked with no lights partially blocking the eastbound lane of Route 240. An SUV driven by 19-year old Jacob King of Marshall struck the rear of the parked vehicle as well as its towed unit. King was not injured.
