A Shelbina man is facing multiple charges after he shot into a residence in the 500 block of Rawlings Street in Shelbina early Sunday morning. A Shelbina police officer responded to the scene and found that none of the occupants of the residence were injured in the incident. The suspect wasn’t found in the general area of the residence. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol provided assistance for the suspect, identified as 32-year old Zachary Harris of Shelbina. Harris was found a short while later in the 300 block of South Center Street and taken into custody without incident. Harris was incarcerated in the Shelby County Jail. He has been charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree assault, first-degree property damage, and armed criminal action. He is being held on a $25,000 cash only bond.
