Senator O’Laughlin Not Surprised With Passage of Medicaid Expansion

Senator Cindy O’Laughlin was not surprised that Amendment Two was approved by Missouri voters.

The Shelbina Republican expects education to take a hit as a result of the passage of this amendment.

Most of rural Missouri voted against the proposal, while the major metro areas supported it.
