Salisbury Is Number 1 In The First MBCA Poll

Defending state-champion Salisbury is the number one team in Class 2, in the first MBCA Boys Basketball Poll. New Franklin is 6th in Class 2, while Putnam County and Canton are receiving votes. In Class 1, Green City is ranked 3rd, Higbee is 7th, while Marion County, Brashear and Brunswick are receiving votes. Palmyra is 5th in the Class 3 poll. In Class 4, Father Tolton is 2nd, Mexico is 7th and Hallsville is 10th. Kirksville and Centralia are receiving votes.
The first girls basketball rankings will be released next week.
