VANDALIA service for 88-year-old Robert Lee Clithero will be Wednesday at 11 at the Bienhoff Funeral Home.  Burial with full military honors will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 9 to 11 at the funeral home.
