Richard Dale McCollum

An 81-year-old Kirksville man, Richard Dale McCollum, died Tuesday.

Service will be Friday at 1 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home. Burial with military rites will be in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation will be Friday from noon until 1 at the funeral home.
