Randolph County Sheriff Aaron Wilson outlines jail improvements after authorities released the wrong inmate two weeks ago.

Moberly resident Ellen Goble escaped the Randolph County Jail in a case of mistaken identity. The 24-year-old Goble turned herself in Monday night. Wilson looks to ensure it’s an isolated incident.

Goble was first jailed for resisting arrest, burglary, drug possession, and operating a vehicle without a valid license. Authorities then charged the Moberly woman with escape and forgery.
