Putnam County Superintendent says Shutdown for the Year is a Possibility

Veteran Putnam County Superintendent Heath Halley says he wouldn’t be surprised if schools end up closing for the rest of the school year because of the coronavirus.
Halley wants to make a point clear to the students and the community.
Last week closures were announced for all 555 school districts and charter schools in Missouri.
