Planning For 122nd Missouri State Fair Well Underway

The gates will open on the 122nd Missouri State Fair in Sedalia in just 290 days. Fair director Mark Wolfe says planning is well underway, with some discussions starting before the first tickets were punched at this past summer’s fair.
Work in the offseason has not just included entertainment contracts, but updates to next year’s competitions.
But before the 122nd Missouri State Fair kicks off August 8th, Mark Wolfe will retire as its director. Current facilities director Jason Moore will take over as director January 1st.
