NEW BOSTON MAN KILLED IN ACCIDENT

A New Boston man was killed in a Sullivan County accident Friday evening. The Highway Patrol reports at 6:09 a vehicle driven by 65-year-old James Cook traveled off the right side of the road on Missouri 129, five miles Noth of Winigan. His vehicle went on to an ice covered pond and sank. Cook was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
