MSBA Anticipating Formula Being Fully Funded

As the budget process continues in Jefferson City, Missouri School Boards Association Spokesman Brent Ghan says there appears to be some good news, with lawmakers committed to fully funding the foundation formula.
The Governor also recently announced the release of the remaining 280 plus million dollars in fiscal year 21 general revenue restrictions, including more than 123 million dollars that will go towards the foundation formula.
Lawmakers are on break, with the budget needing to be completed by May 7.
