Monroe City makes the trip to Macon this week for a Week 7 conference matchup.

Monroe City enters the contest 4-2, 2-2 in the Clarence Cannon Conference, following a 26-12 victory over Brookfield last week. Coach David Kirby was proud of the way his team battled after coming off back-to-back conference losses to Centralia and Palmyra.

Kirby says the offensive line will have to step up against Macon.

Macon is 2-2, and 2-0 in the conference, after a 50-0 win over South Shelby last week. Coach Jameson Allen wants his players to enjoy Homecoming.

Allen says his offense is starting to gel.

Allen says his defense will have to be physical up front against the Panthers.

Monroe City at Macon takes place on KRES. J.B. Connoley and Austin Ward will have the call.
