Monroe City Plans For Another Deep Run

Monroe City is coming off an 11-2 season, that ended in a 26-22 loss to Hayti in the state quarterfinals. Coach David Kirby says he has a talented group returning.

Kirby says it will be tough for his players to stay on top.

Kirby says his biggest question going into the season is how quickly can his offensive line develop a nasty streak.

Seven starters are back on defense.

The Panthers open at home Friday night against Mark Twain.
