Moberly’s Plans for Fennel Complex Progressing

Moberly City Manager Brian Crane says work on the Fennel complex is coming along nicely.
Crane notes the front building has been shown to several developers, and an announcement on a joint project may be coming soon. The city manager shares the status of the Pro Auto building, which is the middle structure.
A McClure economic development strategist recommended a craft business in the Fennel building.
