Moberly Residents Need to Purchase Permits for Golf Carts and Side-by-Sides

Moberly Public Works Director Tom Sanders says there’s been a change in a county ordinance for driving recreational vehicles like golf carts and side-by-sides.
As a result, Moberly residents now need to purchase these permits with the city. Sanders says each vehicle has a different process.
The permits cost 15 dollars and are renewable after one year.
