Moberly Council Approves Improvements to the Fennell Complex

The Moberly City Council has approved a cooperative agreement with the Downtown Moberly Community Improvement District for upgrades to the Fennell Complex. Public Works Director Tom Sanders says the city took over the complex as it was basically falling in.

There are a number of potential uses for that area.

Sanders says this is an important part of the downtown area. The agreement was approved last week.
